Governing Law

This Agreement and all matters arising out of, or otherwise relating to, this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Germany, excluding its conflict of law provisions. The sum of this paragraph is that any and all disputes must be, without exception, brought to court and litigated in Germany.

All parties to this Agreement agree that all actions or proceedings arising in connection with this Agreement or any services or business interactions between the parties that may be subject to this Agreement shall be brought and/or litigated exclusively in the state courts of Germany

Complaints

In the event that, for reasons on the part of the Operator: (i) it is not possible to use the Service due to Website inaccessibility or error or (ii) the Operator has failed to fulfil another obligation under these Terms, the User is entitled to file a complaint with the Operator regarding these defects. The User is entitled to complain about the above defects without undue delay, but no later than within five (5) days of the day when the User detected or could detect these defects. The User is entitled to file a complaint at Support <support@flashing-dreams.com>.

The Operator undertakes to handle the complaint filed by the User in accordance with these Terms within five (5) days from the delivery of the User’s complaint to the Operator and remedy the defective condition without undue delay as allowed by its capacities, providing the complaint is justified. The User is obliged to provide the Operator with all necessary assistance to this end. If the complaint is filed later, the User’s entitlement to have the complaint settled will cease to exist.

The Operator will make the final decision on the complaint. The User must provide evidence to support their complaint (e.g., a screenshot), and if no evidence is provided, the complaint may not be considered. The evidence provided by the User should be credible and conclusive. In case of a conflict between the evidence provided by the User and the evidence held by the Operator, the Operator’s evidence will be considered unless the Operator decides otherwise.

All complaints must be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days.

Anonymous billing

You will be charged discreetly as “CCBill”. On your credit card or account statement there will be no reference to adult content or an adult website. Your e-mail is only used for subscription information, never for spam. Your data will not be disclosed to anybody else.

Termination of Account conditions

After purchase, the purchased content is available for 96 hours. After this time, the function expires and the contractual relationship ends.

Refund Policy

1. Digital Content Rentals & Purchases
All sales of digital content, including movie rentals and episode purchases, are final. Once a VOD title is rented, purchased, and becomes available for streaming, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or cancellations.
2. Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems (e.g., the video does not play, severe buffering, or wrong content) that prevent you from watching the content, please contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase. If we confirm a technical fault on our end, we will offer a refund or a credit to your account.
3. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted for:
  • Content that has been watched or partially watched.
  • Issues caused by your internet service provider or user device.
  • Accidental purchases that were viewed.
